A Japanese-style izakaya pub that uses ingredients from the northern fishery and agricultural town of Hiroo (in the Tokachi area of Hokkaido), local Hachioji vegetables and Edo-Tokyo vegetables. Dishes are made with fresh Hokkaido seafood, meat and dairy products and freshly picked Hachioji vegetables for a unique taste that can only be found here.
